Added you to the Contributors role, now you should be able to edit tickets.

Thank you. Now I'm able to edit tickets. One more question - how can I create new version to move some tickets to 2.12?

It is in Admin panel:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/IGNITE/administer-versions?status=unreleased

Not sure if Contributors can add new versions, so I've added 2.12 there.
