Removing ignite-1.4 branch.

Vladimir Ozerov
Folks,

Platforms integration is almost ready and I think it fits ignite-1.4
release. For this reason I'd like to merge the branch ignite-1.4 to master,
then remove it and recreate from master again in the nearest time, as soon
as our release deadlines are finally established.

No need to keep two branches for now.

Vladimir.

Hm... sounds a bit scary :) Can you provide some instructions on how to
build and test the platform integration (C++ and .NET), so others can play
with it a bit before we take such drastic measures?

This is very good news!

However, make sure we have documentation, user guide and how to contribute
guide ready.

Thanks!

My concern is whether it was sufficiently tested? Did we run the
performance benchmarks. Did we verify that all the examples are working?
Are there enough examples to begin with?
