I liked your project and ML module particulalry and I want to help you in
the development. I have already discussed this idea with chief developer of
ML module and he approved it. For that moment I've chosen a ticket and I
need only a permission to assign myself to Jira issues. I would be glad if
you give that rights to my account (ilya-nozhkin).

Hi all

IGNITE-5246 (Fuzzy c-means) is the ticket that Ilya mentioned. It`s a fuzzy
analog of k-means which we have already implemented.

Ilya I agree with Denis, FCM should be the firts fuzzy algoritm in our ML
module so you will be a pioneer in this area. I see few unimplemented
features that must-have for FCM like "probability" and distributed matrices
vectors suitable for it. So if you have ideas about implementation we could
discuss this ticked.
