My first patch into Ignite

Hello, guys.



Got my very first patch merged into master.



I resolved IGNITE-2190 [1].

I add some warnings about inconsistent Ignite usage: BinaryMarshaller
without ignite.withBinary().

Now users can resolve some issues just by carefully reading log.



Thanks all the Ignite community and especially Anton Vinogradov.
