Java 8 Support

Hi, all!


I'm glad to announce that official Java 8 support finally found its way into
Apache Ignite's master and, respectively, 2.4 release!

What does it mean for contributors?
1. Java 7 support is dropped, compilation and run is impossible.
2. Tests on Public TC should be run on "Ignite Tests 2.4+ [Java 8]" [1]
project on corresponding "-> Run All" aggregation builds.

For any other issues concerning Java 8 support feel free to mail to
dev-list.

Great news!

I guess we will see Java 9 supported in 2.4 too which will make Java developers even happier! :)
