Internal Portable -> Binary renaming.

Folks,

I'm working on https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-2065 (Need to
get rid of 'Portable' word in internals).

I want to ask everyone to not renaming by yourself any 'portable(2)'
package or any Portable(2) class. If you will do it when changes can be
lost, especially for package renamings.

If you are creating new portable/binary related package/class, please use
'binary' or 'binaries'.
