Ignite docker and cloud images

Igniters,

Nick Tikhonov has created a docker container which automatically takes user
code, builds it with maven, and deploys it into an Ignite instance before
starting it up. I think this can come pretty handy during development and
testing, and even in production.

He also has added AWS and GCE images for it.
