Ignite dist

Konstantin Boudnik-2
Guys

I've noticed that
    https://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/ignite/

Has rc3 bits loosely laying around. There's a folder 1.0.0-RC3/ that seems to
contain the bits from a later date. What's the deal with it? It looks
confusing. Shall be the one from the root folder be removed?

Cos,

https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/ignite has correct
file/folder structure.

https://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/ignite/ seems to be automatically
generated archive based on dist.apache.org/repos/dist svn.
Is there any way to get write access to it?

Ah, you're right... that's archive, not the dist itself. Hmm... not sure if
write access to it is possible, actually. Looks like it is pulling the content
from elsewhere and keep it in.

Brane, could you chime in, if you posses any secret knowledge?

Infra moves stale releases from dist/release to archive, leaving only
the latest release on dist. I don't know when they do that, how they
decide, etc.
