Ignite RDD test suite is broken

Hello!

Subj - it will fail almost universally with exit code 130:
https://ci.ignite.apache.org/buildConfiguration/IgniteTests24Java8_Rdd?branch=pull%2F9036%2Fhead&buildTypeTab=overview&mode=builds

It seems that it started around
https://github.com/apache/ignite/pull/9036/files

It also affects 2.11. I think it needs to be fixed and backported into
2.11. I don't think it is possible to ship 2.11 with this suite broken
without explanation.

Hello Ilya,

thanks for pointing that out. It seems to be my fault.
We will fix this shortly or revert the patch that is likely causing this issue.

I created a blocker for this [1].
