Explicit lock hang

Folks,

Can anyone take a look at this ticket?
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-4450

Looks like pretty serious issue. Most likely it can happen with
transactions as well, not only explicit locks.

Issue is reported by one of the users:
