AIEX project contribution.

Igniters,

I glad to announce a contribution to Ignite [1]. It's pretty cool separate
project which can be used as GUI for Ignite (currently for topology and
cache) and works via Ignite REST API.

Currently, I am corresponding with the contributor via user list [2].

I think, someone from commiters should review the project (at least README
file) and a link on the project should be added on Ignite site after.
Thoughts?
